Terms of service
These terms govern your use of mrgattax.com, including registration, sign-in, and the collector area. By accessing the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
The site is operated by Lucas Elias Gattás (Mr. Gattax), São Paulo, Brazil. For any question about these terms, write to mr.gattax@gmail.com.
The service
mrgattax.com presents digital and physical artworks, music, tools, and a certificate-of-authenticity system. Collectors may create an account to access their certificates and community benefits. The site is provided as is, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Account and sign-in
Access to the collector area is provided through Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity carried out through it. You must provide truthful information and have the legal capacity to accept these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.
Certificates and authenticity
Each work may come with a verifiable certificate of authenticity, with a unique edition number and provenance record. The certificate attests to the authenticity of the copy but does not transfer copyright or intellectual-property rights in the work. Certificates marked as demonstrations have no authenticity value.
Intellectual property
All works, images, text, trademarks, music, and the site design are owned by or licensed to Mr. Gattax and are protected by copyright. Acquiring a work or certificate does not grant a license to reproduce, commercially resell, modify, or exploit the work, except with express written authorization.
Collector area and community
Owning an authentic work may grant access to benefits such as behind-the-scenes content, tutorials, badges, and community features. These benefits are a courtesy, may change over time, and are not a contractual guarantee. We ask for respect and good faith in interactions between members; abusive conduct may result in removal of access.
User conduct
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to bypass the authenticity or sign-in systems, not to access restricted areas without authorization, and not to interfere with the operation of the site. Automated copying or scraping of content without permission is prohibited.
Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Collector data is private by default and never appears in the public verification of a certificate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr. Gattax is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are designated to resolve any disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's jurisdiction where applicable.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top indicates the current version. Material changes may be announced on the site; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
