Privacy
Privacy policy
This policy explains what data mrgattax.com collects, how it is used, and what your rights are, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and comparable principles.
Data controller
The site is operated by Lucas Elias Gattás (Mr. Gattax), São Paulo, Brazil. For any question about your data, write to mr.gattax@gmail.com.
Data we collect
Administrative access: the artist's email, used to sign in (via Google). Collector data: when a certificate is issued, the artist may record details such as the collector's name, always optionally. Browsing: your theme and language preferences, stored only in your browser.
Cookies and local storage
We only use essential session cookies (required for the administrator login) and your browser's local storage to remember theme and language. We do not use tracking, advertising, or marketing-profiling cookies.
How we use data
To operate the site, issue and verify certificates of authenticity for the works, and respond to enquiries. We do not use your data for purposes incompatible with these.
Legal basis
We process data based on the performance of the service, our legitimate interest in guaranteeing the authenticity and provenance of the works, and your consent where applicable (LGPD, art. 7).
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use providers acting as processors: Supabase (database) and Cloudflare (hosting and file storage). They handle data only to operate the service, under our instructions.
Collector privacy
Collector data is private by default. A certificate's public verification page shows only information about the work (title, edition, date, code, and status), never the owner's personal data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, anonymization, or portability of your data, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, write to mr.gattax@gmail.com and we will respond within the legal timeframe.
Retention and changes
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. This policy may be updated; the date at the top indicates the current version.
